5. I am happily now through  the bulk my major room renovations / insulating so this coming winter there should be no need for space heaters. The " Treatment Room " has a fresh vibrant yet calming energy balancing coat of paint. The spa / sauna room is quite inviting,and has also become my meditation and reading room.    I've really given you reason to study the ceiling now while lying on the massage table. It's not only  got  texture its now got color texture.  It's all  good energy. 9. I have revised my Organic Raisin Oatmeal Cookie recipe so they are more chewy / less crumbly but I still like to play around with it. Get into the habit of a detox diet gauranteed to lose weight.

Discover for yourself the grain teff, cooked on its own or add it to oats for a different healthy breakfast experience. Make extra and just reheat in a pan with a little water. Avoid microwaving.
