Psyllium Fibre for Prostate

 

Psyllium fibre used as needed will increase intestinal bulk which keeps the intestines moving and the prostate from being irritated. Looking at a cross section diagram of the male sexual organ you will see how closely the colon is situated to the prostate. I’m not a doctor but I am a man and I have had prostate issues. Breads and pastas are the major players in creating intestinal issues, bloating and constipation which creates pressure on the colon which pushes on the prostate. Since refining my diet I am now more aware of a pressure that is created when I have not had a regular bowel movement and that first movement needs happen at the start of the day.
