When you sit, not only do you pinch the blood vessels, you  put extra weight on the prostate gland and collapse even more blood vessels. The more extra belly weight you have, the more weight you have pushing down on the prostate.

It Will Only Take You About 5 Minutes Each Morning
 

Do this massage at the end of your morning exercise or before you get out of bed. You can also do it before bed each night or after you have been sitting for too long a time.

 

Place your hands over your pubic bone. Finger tips should be facinging and touching each other.

Using only your 3rd and 4th finger tips, push down gently into your skin.

Keeping your finger tips together, pull with the fingers of your right hand about 1 1/2 inches to the right. The skin on your abdomen will move with your fingers. Go as far as your skin will comfortably allow.

Then, with the fingers of both hand still touching, pull with the fingers of the left hand an equal distance to the left.

Then, just keep going back and forth in this way. Do this for about one minute.




Then move your fingers about an inch higher on your abdomen.

Repeat the back and forth movements for another minute or two.

Then move up another inch and repeat.

Then another inch and repeat. Keep working up an inch at a time, until you are right up on your belly button.

After you have finished the area up at your belly button, start back down at the pubic bone and work your way back up again.






 

BE GENTLE

 Be gentle over the prostate itself. You'll know when you are there. It is the most sensative area midway between your pubic bone and belly button.

The prostate does not like hard deep massage. It is not like muscle tissue. It is more fragile tissue than the surrounding muscles and skin. You can hurt it if you rub it too hard.

So, BE GENTLE!

After you've done this external prostate massage through twice, separate your hands and place all four finger tips of each hand firmly into the skin on either side of your prostate.

Rub these areas with big deep circular motions. Again, the skin of your abdomen will move with your fingertips. Give these areas a nice deep rub! You can press in more deeply here than you did on your prostate.

Connect with your breath and pull your breath in visually from the perinium . Abdominal breathing is the breath that a child breathes. As adults we have in the fast pace of life forgotten the fullness of the breath that ultimately sustains us and that breath comes from the abdomen.
