Meditation is a practice which generaly means that it gets better and you get better reaping the benefits of the progressive nature of the intent on change when it done with some regularity. This New meditation Practice is effortless yet at the same time an active meditation, where the body does a dance of releasing body memory of emotion , physical trauma and stuck energy meridians. The correct way of doing this New Meditation is to simply allow and go with the flow of your body to unwind the neck , shoulders , spine and cnetral nerovus system. Youe will definitely be surprised at the journey and want to expereince more. The beauty of this meditation is that the direction comes from within so you cannot do it any other way but the right way for you. The body continuously takes on non beneficial energies and memories. Every response to your life situations is recorded on an energetic level. Take the time, there is no limit, min. or max. to participate in this work in progress. It is a fountain of youth able to restore your cells to an earlier time . Begin with the sitting on a chair meditation then progress to the standing variation as long as you are stable on your feet. To release the hips and legs, position yourself on the floor either on your back or in Cat /cow yoga position with one leg raised.
If it feels uncomfortable you are doing it right. The release will come when you stay with the discomfort . In life when you run from the slightest discomfort, be it physical or experiential , you are running frome change , healing and growth. No challenges are too much for us to endure.

With this meditation as in life , for it to work you must go where the energy pushes you , bending your body with the energy. When you go with the flow , though you may feel like it is harsh , the energy will never push you down. Based on your needs in the moment, you are guided.
Wether you believe or understand it or not you experience the pain of the entire world through watching and listening to others , the new , television, and that information is stored in your cells eating up energy and crate toxic , restrictive environments physicaly and emotionally.
