Daily life is filled with much distraction. We are all on sensory overload; missing out on so much of the deliciousness of that which is there to be experienced when we become still; in heightend awareness of our other senses.
In the same way we miss out on the deliciousness of our meals at pubs and too often Asian Food Restaurants where our attention is often unconsciously diverted from our food and conversation by mindless big screen television distractions.
